If we reach out it means that we have heard great things about you. If you apply you have probably heard positive things about us. Regardless we are excited to get to know you.

Meet and Greet

Carried out over phone or in person, this first interaction is usually with a member of our Talent Team and dedicated to getting to know each other to see if there is a potential match.

Cultural interview

Through an in-person meeting we want to dig deeper to get to know you as an individual. We will discuss values and passions to see if we can find common ground.

Technical interview

Together with one or two of our Consultants you will enjoy a case exercise designed to explore your ways of thinking and technical competence as well as your collaborative style.

Wrap-up interview

In a final conversation with a senior member of our team we discuss mutual expectations regarding the organisation, your role and future goals.
