Treatment of personal data during the recruitment process

Mpya Digital collects and processes personal data in our efforts to find suitable candidates and to build a long-term relationship between prospective employees and our organization. On assumption that the recruitment process has ended all information related to an individual’s candidacy will be deleted from our systems. This data includes, but is not limited to, evaluations, email correspondence and reference checks.

Treatment of personal data concerning client and supplier relationship

We act with the utmost caution with regards to the collection and storage of data which pertains to third party relations. Hence, we have erasure-routines for all data collected through these relations including email-correspondence.
